How 7th Level Drew 700 to Its Largest Event Yet, the First Step Toward Filling Stadiums
Summary
Jeremy Miner, CEO of 7th Level, wanted to grow his impact until it filled stadiums, and the Sales Summit was the first step: the largest event 7th Level had ever put on, after years of mostly virtual events. We took the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, opened with a gala on the terrace and built three days around live call reviews from the stage, a Rolex giveaway and a 2023 Mercedes-AMG C 63 given away from the stage. 700 people attended, with lines out the door every day.
The Problem
Jeremy Miner was riding a massive wave of authority and impact, and his team at 7th Level wanted to grow it until it filled stadiums. The Sales Summit was the first step: the largest event they had ever put on. Until then, most of their events had been virtual. Jeremy wanted this one large and loud.
What We Did
Here is how we built it, from the first plan to the last guest out. One team held all of it.
- 1Took the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas, outside Dallas, with the Westin next door so attendees could walk to every session.
- 2Opened with a gala on the outdoor terrace the night before day one.
- 3Built a three day program around Jeremy, Anthony Vizzari and Michael Bernoff, with live call reviews from the stage, guest panels and sponsor spotlights.
- 4Went large and loud: a $10,000 Rolex giveaway and a $100,000 car, a 2023 Mercedes-AMG C 63, given away from the stage, built around a skill based challenge.
- 5Gave Elite attendees their own track: a private workshop and an offsite dinner at the Constellation Club.
Challenges Overcome
What stood in the way, and how it was handled.
A competing event landed on the same weekend, and the public launch moved to April 20, leaving about two months to sell the room. The fire marshal declined the permit at first; it was approved on July 7, three days before the doors opened.
Scope of Services
Everything we were accountable for.
How It Went
The room loved it. There were lines out the door every single day, and locals passing by came in to see what was happening. People stayed for hours, from the first session to the last, to level up their sales skills.
Companies sent whole teams, some of 10 to 12 people, paid for by the business. 700 people attended, and the Sales Summit became the first step toward the stadiums Jeremy is building toward.

Right For
Experts and brands with a fast growing audience who have run mostly virtual events and are ready for a large, loud live one, and companies that want to send their whole sales team to level up together.
Steal This
Use the giveaway to send people to your sponsors. A $10,000 Rolex giveaway drove a huge turnout at the sponsor booths. If that is what it costs to engage your sponsors and bring them back year over year, you make the money back on sponsorship and then some.
